Form Responses on Orders

Overview

Form Responses on Orders show what the customer submitted before checkout.

Requirements

• Completed order from a plan with Payment Forms.
• Order Details access.

Steps

1. Complete checkout with a Payment Form.
2. Open PayPress Orders.
3. Click Details.
4. Review the Form Responses section.

Expected Result

The order displays the submitted responses as a historical snapshot.

Important Notes

Future edits to the plan form do not change previous order responses. This preserves the original customer submission.

Troubleshooting

If the section is missing, the order may not have come from a plan with an enabled Payment Form or the form may not have been submitted.
