Overview
Refresh from Stripe clears the selected analytics cache and fetches current data from Stripe.
Requirements
- Stripe connected.
- Analytics access.
- Valid Stripe API key.
Steps
- Open Analytics.
- Select the time range.
- Click Refresh from Stripe.
- Wait for the dashboard to reload.
- Review the Last updated from Stripe timestamp.
Expected Result
PayPress fetches fresh analytics data and updates the cache for the selected range.
Important Notes
PayPress uses short-lived transients so it does not call Stripe on every page load. If refresh fails, PayPress should preserve the last successful cached result and show the error.
Troubleshooting
If refresh fails, confirm Stripe keys are valid and the selected mode is correct. If values still look old, check the Last updated timestamp and try again after a short wait.
