Requirements
- Stripe subscriptions.
- Analytics access.
Steps
- Open Analytics.
- Review subscription counts.
- Check Active, Trialing, Past Due, and Canceled.
- Open Stripe or PayPress Subscriptions for detailed records.
Expected Result
PayPress displays a simple subscription health summary.
Important Notes
This is account-wide Stripe subscription health, not necessarily limited to one WordPress installation.
Troubleshooting
If counts differ from your local PayPress Subscriptions table, remember that Analytics uses Stripe account data while the table shows locally synchronized records.
