Revenue metrics help you understand payment volume for the selected Stripe account and time range.
Requirements
- Stripe account payments.
- Analytics access.
Steps
- Open Analytics.
- Select Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or All Time.
- Review Gross Revenue.
- Review Revenue After Refunds.
- Review Stripe Net Volume separately.
Expected Result
PayPress shows revenue values grouped by currency.
Important Notes
Gross Revenue and Revenue After Refunds are not the same as Stripe Net Volume. Revenue After Refunds does not include Stripe fees. Stripe Net Volume is based on Balance Transactions.
Troubleshooting
If values do not match Stripe Dashboard, confirm whether you are comparing Gross Volume, Net Volume, or revenue after refunds before fees.
