Steps
- Open Analytics.
- Choose the time range.
- Review Refunds.
- Compare with Revenue After Refunds.
- Open Stripe if detailed refund reconciliation is needed.
Expected Result
Refund totals appear grouped by currency.
Important Notes
Refund data is based on Stripe data sources used by Analytics. Refunds affect Revenue After Refunds and Stripe Net Volume differently depending on the metric.
Troubleshooting
If a refund is missing, confirm the time range, Stripe mode, and whether the refund has a balance transaction. If local order refund status differs, check refund webhooks.
