When to Use This Setup

Use this setup for workshops, classes, webinars, small events, retreats, or paid training sessions.

Requirements

  • One-Time Payment plan.
  • Event page.
  • Payment Form for attendee details.

Configuration Steps

  1. Create a One-Time Payment plan for the event ticket or registration fee.
  2. Add a Payment Form with attendee name, email, phone, and any preferences.
  3. Mark required fields.
  4. Add the shortcode to the event page.
  5. Test registration checkout.
  6. Review Form Responses on the order.
  7. Export orders if needed.

Recommended Settings

  • Payment Type: One-Time Payment.
  • Payment Form: strongly recommended.
  • Required Fields: attendee name and email.
  • Customer Notes: optional.
  • Shipping Collection: disabled unless mailing physical items.

Testing Checklist

  • Test required field validation.
  • Complete payment.
  • Confirm form responses.
  • Confirm export includes form_submission JSON.
  • Confirm receipt link when available.

Expected Result

Attendees can register and pay through Stripe Checkout, while PayPress stores registration details on the order.
