Overview
Donation Count and Amount Raised show how many successful donations have contributed to the campaign and how much has been raised toward the goal.
Requirements
- Fundraising enabled.
- Successful donation orders.
- Metrics display enabled.
Steps
- Enable Show Amount Raised or Show Donation Count on the campaign plan.
- Save the plan.
- Complete one or more test donations.
- Refresh the campaign page as a logged-out visitor.
- Confirm the metrics update.
Expected Result
The campaign displays current donation count and net amount raised. Refunded amounts reduce the net raised total.
Important Notes
PayPress uses local Orders as the source for campaign metrics. It does not store a separate fundraising totals table.
Troubleshooting
If totals look wrong, check Orders for successful donation status, refunds, currency, and plan ID. If logged-out visitors see stale numbers, check hydration and caching.
